Why does the soaps I received, looks different from the website? 

Our products are handcrafted in small batches, which may cause a slight variation in the appearance of our soaps.  This does not interfere with the quality as the ingredients remains the same.

How long does a bar of soap last?

To maintain product quality, keep in a dry and well-ventilated area.  Another great idea is to cut the soaps into two pieces and use one at a time.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 3-5 days for production depending on items purchased. Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Once the items are shipped, your confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email. 
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at jahomelbylce@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us within two days with pictures of the shipping box along with the items.  You can receive a partial refund if you decide to cancel outside of any defect or damages.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty if order has not been ship.  If the item has already been shipped, a partial refund will be awarded for unopened items minus shipping and handling fees once products have been received and inspected. You will be responsible for shipping fees affiliated with sending the items back. Please include name and order number on the returned parcels.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at jahomelbylce@gmail.com. If the given address is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the location being sent.  The average shipping time is 5-7 business days.
